1.1These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Urresko Denbora website and all purchases made through it.

1.2By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3If you do not agree with any provision herein, you should not use this website or place orders through it.

2.3Urresko Denbora specializes in the sale of authentic numismatic items, ancient art, antiquities, and historical artifacts to collectors, museums, institutions, researchers, and private buyers worldwide.

3.1All items offered for sale are individually described to the best of our knowledge and based upon available research, scholarly references, expert opinion, provenance information, and comparative analysis.

3.2Descriptions, cultural attributions, dates, dimensions, provenance, and historical interpretations constitute professional opinions and should not be considered statements of absolute fact.

3.3Academic research evolves over time and differences in scholarly opinion may arise.

3.4All weights, measurements, dimensions, dates, attributions, provenance statements, and condition assessments are approximate and provided for guidance purposes only.

3.5Photographs may appear enlarged in order to show details. Colors and tones may vary depending on the buyer's screen settings and display devices.

3.6All photographs form an integral part of the description.

3.7Buyers are encouraged to carefully review all images and request additional information before purchasing.

4.1Urresko Denbora guarantees that all items sold are authentic according to our professional assessment.

4.2Each item is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA).

4.3Should credible evidence from a recognized expert, museum, academic institution, laboratory, or qualified specialist demonstrate that an item is not authentic, Urresko Denbora reserves the right to independently evaluate the claim before determining any remedy.

4.4Authenticity claims must be submitted in writing together with supporting documentation.

5.1Ancient and historical objects are, by nature, used and may exhibit wear, restorations, repairs, losses, corrosion, encrustations, patina, surface irregularities, and other characteristics associated with age.

5.2Such characteristics should not be considered defects unless specifically stated otherwise.

5.3All items are sold in their present condition.

6.1All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

6.2Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

6.3The applicable price shall be the one displayed at the time an order is placed.

6.4Shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other governmental charges are not included unless expressly stated.

7.1Payment instructions will be provided by email following the placement of an order.

7.2Full payment must be received within three (3) calendar days from the date the order is placed.

7.3If payment is not received within this period, Urresko Denbora reserves the right to cancel the order and make the item available for sale again without further notice.

7.4Ownership of the item remains with Urresko Denbora until payment has been received in full.

8.1Orders are shipped from The Netherlands.

8.2Urresko Denbora will normally use the following carriers:

• 8.2.aCorreos España for shipments within Spain.
• 8.2.bUPS for shipments within Europe, including The Netherlands.
• 8.2.cPostNL for shipments outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

8.3Urresko Denbora reserves the right to select an alternative carrier when necessary.

8.4If the buyer prefers another courier service, shipment may be arranged through the buyer's chosen carrier at the buyer's expense and risk. Any additional costs arising from such arrangements shall be borne entirely by the buyer.

8.5Items with a purchase value exceeding €500 will normally be shipped with insurance coverage.

8.6Items valued at €500 or less will not be insured unless insurance is expressly requested by the buyer before payment is completed. Any additional insurance costs shall be borne by the buyer.

8.7Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8.8Once the shipment has been handed over to the selected carrier, Urresko Denbora shall provide all reasonable assistance necessary to initiate claims, investigations, insurance procedures, or carrier-related enquiries where applicable.

8.9Urresko Denbora shall not be liable for delays, customs procedures, import restrictions, governmental actions, inspections, taxes, duties, storage fees, transportation interruptions, carrier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control occurring during transit.

8.10Where loss or damage occurs during transportation, any compensation shall be limited to the amount recoverable from the carrier and/or applicable insurance coverage.

8.11Urresko Denbora will cooperate in good faith with the purchaser to facilitate any claim against the carrier or insurer but cannot guarantee the outcome of such claims.

8.12The purchaser acknowledges that delivery times are estimates only and that customs procedures, regulatory reviews, carrier operations, inspections, and governmental requirements may result in delays beyond the control of Urresko Denbora.

8.13Urresko Denbora shall not be responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, duties, taxes, storage charges, inspections, seizures, or any actions taken by customs authorities, governmental agencies, or transportation providers after the shipment has been entrusted to the carrier.

9.1Certain items may require export licences, cultural property permits, or other governmental authorizations before shipment.

9.2Where an export licence, cultural property permit, or other governmental authorization is required, the application process shall only commence after full payment has been received and cleared.

9.3Any estimated shipping timeframe shall be extended accordingly.

9.4The purchaser acknowledges that permit processing times are determined exclusively by the relevant authorities and may vary significantly.

9.5Urresko Denbora cannot guarantee processing times of governmental authorities and shall not be liable for delays arising from permit reviews, governmental procedures, or regulatory requirements.

10.1Buyers are solely responsible for determining whether purchased items may legally be imported into their country.

10.2The buyer assumes full responsibility for the following requirements:

• 10.2.aImport permits.
• 10.2.bCustoms formalities.
• 10.2.cDuties and taxes.
• 10.2.dVAT or equivalent taxes.
• 10.2.eBrokerage fees.
• 10.2.fRegulatory compliance.

10.3Urresko Denbora shall not be liable for items delayed, restricted, detained, confiscated, destroyed, or refused entry by customs authorities or any governmental agency.

11.1Due to the unique nature of ancient art, antiquities, and numismatic material, all sales are considered final.

11.2Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the buyer demonstrates that the item received is materially different from the description published at the time of sale.

11.3Returns shall not be accepted on the basis of any of the following factors:

• 11.3.aChanges in market value.
• 11.3.bDifferences in scholarly opinion.
• 11.3.cAttribution disputes.
• 11.3.dDating revisions.
• 11.3.ePersonal aesthetic preferences.
• 11.3.fBuyer's remorse.
• 11.3.gExpectations regarding rarity or future value.
• 11.3.hMinor measurement or weight variations.

11.4Any request for return must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of delivery and must include sufficient supporting evidence.

11.5Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were originally delivered.

11.6No return shall be accepted without prior written approval from Urresko Denbora.

12.1To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Urresko Denbora shall not be liable for any of the following:

• 12.1.aIndirect damages.
• 12.1.bConsequential damages.
• 12.1.cLoss of profits.
• 12.1.dLoss of business opportunities.
• 12.1.eInvestment losses.
• 12.1.fChanges in market value.
• 12.1.gAcademic disagreements regarding attribution, dating, provenance, or cultural classification.

12.2The maximum liability of Urresko Denbora shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the item concerned.

13.1All content on this website remains the exclusive property of Urresko Denbora unless otherwise stated, including but not limited to:

• 13.1.aPhotographs.
• 13.1.bCertificates of Authenticity.
• 13.1.cLogos.
• 13.1.dDescriptions.
• 13.1.eText.
• 13.1.fGraphics.
• 13.1.gWebsite design.

13.2No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used without prior written permission.

14.1Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable Dutch and European legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14.2Information collected through the website is used solely for the following purposes:

• 14.2.bCustomer service.
• 14.2.cLegal compliance.

16.2Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of The Netherlands.
