How to Buy
This walkthrough explains how a buyer moves through the storefront and what they should expect at each phase of the purchase flow.
Steps to Purchase
1. Browse the catalog
You can browse the catalog without signing in. You can access it through the homepage, categories, search, or a product detail page.
What to expect:
- Only items currently available are shown.
- You can add items to your cart from product cards or details.
- Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.
2. Review the cart
The cart lives in your browser and stays anonymous until you proceed to checkout.
What to expect:
- Your cart details are saved locally in your browser.
- You can leave the site without losing the items in your cart.
- Prices may change, and items may become unavailable.
- Items that sell out will be marked as unavailable in your cart.
- You can remove items or proceed to checkout.
3. Sign in or create a buyer account
Browsing the catalog is public, but checkout is not. You must be signed in with a verified account before submitting an order.
What to expect:
- If you attempt to checkout without being signed in, you will be redirected to the sign-in page.
- New customers can easily register a new account.
- An email verification link is sent to activate your account.
- The verification link is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires, you will need to repeat the process.
4. Fill in checkout details
Once signed in, you will reach the checkout page to confirm your purchase.
What to expect:
- The checkout page lists your items, live availability, and the order subtotal.
- You will need to provide your name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Prices and availability are checked one final time before the order is generated.
- If any item sells out in the meantime, you will need to remove it from your cart before submitting.
5. Submit the order
Submitting checkout turns your cart items into a pending order.
What to expect:
- A pending order is created, and the items are reserved for you.
- You will have a limited time to complete the payment.
- Your local cart is cleared automatically upon successful order creation.
- If another buyer reserves an item first, you will see an error message and stay on the checkout page.
6. Follow the payment instructions
After submitting the order, you will see the payment instructions page.
What to expect:
- The page confirms your reservation and order details.
- You will see instructions for manual payment.
- You will be reminded to include your unique order reference when sending payment.
- Support contacts are provided in case you have questions.
7. Track the order from the account area
Your account section is the primary place to check your status after submission.
What to expect:
- Your account menu lists all your past and current orders.
- Each order details page displays the item summary, subtotal, and fulfillment updates.
- While an order is pending, the details page continues to display the payment instructions.
- Shipping carrier and tracking numbers are shown here once available.
8. Wait for payment confirmation
Payment confirmation is verified manually. The store does not charge credit cards automatically.
What to expect:
- Your order remains pending payment until staff confirms receipt of your transfer.
- Once payment is verified, the order status changes to paid.
- An email notification will be sent confirming your payment.
9. Follow shipment progress
After payment is confirmed, the order moves through packaging and shipping.
What to expect:
- Staff will prepare your shipment and mark the progress in the system.
- Once shipped, carrier details and tracking numbers become available on your order page.
- You will receive email notifications when the package is shipped and delivered.
10. Understand cancellation and refund outcomes
If an order cannot be completed, cancellation or refund options are processed.
What to expect:
- Pending orders can be cancelled before payment is confirmed.
- Paid orders can be cancelled or refunded by staff if needed.
- Your order status will be updated to cancelled or refunded.
Suggested buyer journey
Browse the catalog and add one or more available items to the cart.
Open the cart and review the refreshed availability and subtotal.
Sign in or register, then verify the account if needed.
Open checkout, confirm the buyer details, and submit the order.
Use the payment-instructions page to complete the external payment and include the order reference.
Revisit the account order pages to monitor payment and shipping updates.
