Salvador Dalí – Aries, from the Zodiac Series – 104/250 – Hand-Signed in Pencil

Description

A distinctive graphic work by Salvador Dalí representing Aries, one of the twelve signs of the Zodiac. The composition centres on a ram suspended over a stylised landscape, its curled horns and textured fleece rendered with delicate linear detail. The unusual placement of the animal, draped over a tree-like form within a softly coloured circular field, gives the scene a dreamlike and unmistakably surreal character. Pale blue, beige and green tones provide a restrained backdrop that enhances the elegant drawing and symbolic quality of the image. This example belongs to the limited edition of 250, individually numbered 104/250 and hand-signed by Salvador Dalí in pencil in the lower margin. The artist’s name is also incorporated within the composition. A refined and visually engaging interpretation of the Aries zodiac sign, appealing to collectors of Dalí, modern graphic art and Surrealism.
